Terms and Conditions

All group bookings during our busy December will require a £10pp deposit. Only once we have received the deposit can we make the booking, no provisional bookings will be taken Only one bill per party will be issued.

Holding Time

We ask that you arrive promptly for your reservation. Please allow additional time to reach the restaurant on time as the shopping centre lifts will be busy. We hold tables for a maximum of 15 minutes from the booked time, after which the table may be released at the manager’s discretion. We ask that your whole party are seated and ready to order within 15 minutes of your reservation time. 

Cancellation Policy

Failure to show on the day or to give less than 72 hours notice of a cancellation will result in a loss of deposit. A cancellation charge of £10 per head also applies to a reduction in numbers after final confirmation has been given 24 hours in advance. A discretionary 10% gratuity will be added to your bill for the benefit of serving and other staff. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes on the website. It is your responsibility to review the website to ensure you are aware of the latest terms and conditions. Your use of this website after a change has been posted will be deemed to signify your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions. We recommend that you print off and retain for your records a copy of these terms and conditions from time to time.
